Programmed and cut in-house

Toolpaths are written here and the parts are cut here. Fewer setups means the features that matter to each other stay in relationship.

Flared, broached magwells

Lower magazine wells are broached to a flared, consistent profile, so a mil-spec magazine drops free without a fight.

Type III hardcoat

MIL-A-8625 Type III, Class 2 hardcoat anodize on every receiver and rail. TANO and DRT earth tones shift slightly between batches — that variance is the finish, not a defect.
